Description
The City of Las Vegas needed empirical data to determine whether local residents and tourists would visit an organized crime themed museum. They had a limited budget and an even more limited time schedule. Within a period of three weeks from the date we were commissioned, Strategic Solutions conducted a telephone survey with local residents and intercept surveys with tourists and prepared a complete report with recommendations to the Mayor and City Council.
Outcome
The City decided to move forward with redeveloping the historic post office on Stewart Avenue as a museum, a component of which will be dedicated to the history of organized crime in Las Vegas.
