Clark County Water Reclamation District
Description:
Strategic Solutions was chosen by the Clark County Water Reclamation District (CCWRD) to lead the largest public outreach and communications program in the District's history, implementing a comprehensive and effective communications and outreach plan by conducting onsite assessments with affected property owners/tenants and aggressively pursuing paid and earned media coverage to inform motorists throughout the Las Vegas valley. We currently are responsible for contact between property owners/tenants and the District, media/public relations, elected official briefings, graphic arts, newsletter publications and updating the project Web site and project hotline.
Outcome:
Our work is ongoing. To date, surveys show that residents who have received our information express a very high level of satisfaction in being informed of work that's going to take place before it begins, and being provided with alternatives for learning additional information regarding public works construction projects near their homes and businesses.
