Identification and creation of key performance measurements to determine at what level the city priorities are being met.
City of Las Vegas

Description:
The City of Las Vegas selected Strategic Solutions to identify, develop, refine, and recommend performance measurements specific to each of the City of Las Vegas priorities. In the process, Strategic Solutions researched what other cities and local governments across the country were doing to achieve a "greater team approach," as well as existing and available/accessible community assessments, polls, and surveys that would be illustrative of community priorities, concerns, and critical issues.

Outcome:
Upon completion of the research, we presented the findings of the priority performance measurements at a formal City Council meeting. The Mayor and City Council used the results to update strategic priorities for the City.
